When it comes to obstacle racing, it’s not just about having strength or solid endurance. You also need strength-endurance - the ability to hold on to a weight for a sustained amount of time. That’s what this class is all about. You’ll be prepared for any bucket, sandbag or log you may face on race day. Plus, you’ll develop vice-like grip strength to grab, pick up, carry and hang from anything!
